Excellent location, Tesco express just over the road and takeaways close. Great base for our planned trips to Colchester Zoo, Colchester Castle park and Clacton. Lovely clean, modern, spacious property.

"Everything you need for a perfect Family Staycation!"

Fantastic location and really easy to get to! It is a beautiful house that is well worth the money. Really gorgeous rooms and very spacious!! It was mostly clean, and the key system was FAB! It has such a cosy atmosphere to it, and everything you need for a family trip away.

With such beautiful weather, it is shame we couldn’t go into the garden, as the garden could definitely do with some care and love before it is used! The walls are quite thin, so you can clearly hear the neighbours, and some bits of furniture could do with some attention, such as the wobbly dining table.
