It was comfortable stay.

were not told that we had book slots for the pool . when we arrived there were no slots left. the beds were uncomfortable - most were clapped out

The location was great for what we needed

Very dated and old school. We stayed onsite but little did we know that each person has to pay £16.95 to get into the boathouse pub thats onsite even though we had been in there for a few hours

Beautifully clean & all facilities needed for an overnight stay with nice location looking over the duck pond. The tea/coffee provided was a nice extra.

We were 3 ladies & i deliberately booked accommodation that clearly stated x3 bedrooms and on our confirmation it had 1 x double bedroom with ensuite (which was fab) & 2 x twin bedrooms with x2 single beds in each. But there was only 1 x twin bedroom, not the x2 we booked & in our confirmation for Kensington 52 so wondering why we got this x2 bed & not the x3 bed booked/confirmed? We managed as it was 1 night but querying this. So would have put exceeded expectations below as all was great except the bedroom error.

Wasn’t clean :

Some much wear and tear damage wasn’t very clean many broken parts in the property screws hanging out the wall : got small children so put Cotten pads on the wall : cooker is rust : cooker one knob broken : windows locked broken : this needs money spent on the caravan wouldn’t take too much to replace this : the patio doors are going so eventually won’t be able to shut in time :

Lounge seating was comfortable and a good size. Beds comfy.

Main Bedroom very small. 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. Shower very small and shower was a suction fitting which kept falling down. Kitchen although good only had a bread knife for cutting (not easy for chopping veg etc) Dining table very rickety and didn't feel safe. Only small balcony which was overlooked by everyone, not enough room on balcony for all of us to sit out comfortably. No outside table and chairs or even a bench. Caravan felt tired and some TLC needed.
