Kingfisher Nook at Waveney Farm

Beautiful cottage, such a tranquil, quiet place. Sitting in the hot tub looking over the meadows. Host Alice was so polite, greeted with a warm welcome and smile. We was treated to brownies on arrival (best brownies ive ever tasted) cottage was spotless, very warm and cosy with the underfloor heating . Was my partners birthday, so she also put up banners! And a little note on the fridge Will definitely be returning!!

It was so cosy and homely, with lots of little touches to make it special for the perfect break away.

The initial feeling of being on the side of someone’s house did lead us to question the privacy and peace we would have, but it didn’t affect the stay at all. We didn’t hear or see the host outside of checkin but Alice did make clear if we needed her she was on hand.

It's an amazing little gem. The hosts were lovely and the cottage was beautiful. We will definitely book again.

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Die Lage ist absolut wunderbar - wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und haben gar nicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten/Aktivitäten in der Umgebung geschafft. Von hieraus lassen sich Suffolk und Norfolk sehr gut erkunden. (Herrenhäuser mit tollen Gärten, Burgen, das Meer, wunderschöne Städtchen, das Marschland, tolle Wanderwege, Bootsausflüge,… - es gibt hier soviel zu entdecken) Aber auch wer entspannen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und super sauber. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick in die freie Natur und der Hot Tub ist so toll. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden hoffentlich selbst bald wiederkehren.
