"Very good"

location is ok if you have a car cuz you’ll need to be getting places. there’s not much to go by right next to the house itself. however there’s a retail park within a few minutes drive. the house itself was clean with basic facilities which worked for us when travelling with little ones. Edinburgh is ~40 min away by car. acceptable distance.

"lovely little house, close to local shops, town and walking distance to the sea."

location of property and space inside the house. sections of the house were lovely and clean.

Needs a clean in areas, mouldy food from previous people left in the cupboards. few tissues remained on the floor:
