House is very cozy and homely ... very very clean , beds comfortable and lovely little welcome hamper . We will definitely be back next time in South Shields

This is a lovely property, well fitted out and the bed is super comfy. There was a really excellent welcome pack, the like of which I have never seen before, this was much appreciated. The kitchen was kitted out well. The bed duvet was high quality. All in all a great property.

This may well only be related to us but we arrived during a cold spell and the house was very cold. My wife has recently been ill and feels the cold. I couldn’t get the radiators to warm up. The hosts were very proactive in advising me how to get the property warm but it took a long time (3-4 hours) before it was comfortable. Could I suggest free standing heater during the colder months for the living room. We do understand utility bills are high and would only use during times of need but it would have greatly enhanced our comfort.
