great location tucked away, yet in the middle of the village. very peaceful with everything we needed, the place is modern & immaculately maintained but also cosy and very comfortable.

"Best Accomodation By Far in West Yorkshire"

We often travel for work and have stayed in a variety of locations in yorkshire and cheshire. This is by far the best, really clean, great location and truely lovely hosts. Mark & Penny are genuinely lovely people and we cannot speak highly enough of them. We won't bother looking around when in yorkshire and will book again. For anyone seeking a lovely space with everything you would need in a home away from home, look no further.

Perfect location. Loved all the little extra touches in the accommodation to make it an easy and stress-free stay. Mark and Penny were excellent hosts and always on hand for advice on local walks and assistance with the WIFI

The Barn was an amazing place to stay in. Every room was warm and toastie from the under floor heating. The deco ,furniture,facilities lay out was all incredibly relaxing. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. The property was very clean.Lovely secluded and secure garden, leading out to lots of amazing paths, tracks leading to footpaths. Within the small beautiful village -2 pubs with good food, grocery shop, cafe all within 2 minutes walk and a short walk or bus ride down to the busy town. Great place to stay. Thank you.

The Barn at Star Farm is a lovely place to stay. The hosts are friendly, approachable but not at all intrusive. The barn is characterfully furnished and extremely comfortable and well equipped. Heptonstall is a beautiful village, steeped in history and provides easy access to the Dales, with plenty of walks from the doorstep, which Hebden Bridge, just 5 minutes drive down the hill (walkable too, and with great bus service) is full of lovely places to eat and shop. Highly recommend this location, and hope to return at other times of the year.

"A quiet and very relaxing place to stay."

Excellent spot for a short break. The owner brought round fresh eggs for breakfast - a really thoughtful touch. The barn is well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable.
