Strathspey

It was a very cute house and much bigger than we expected . Great for a large family or group of friends . It was only two of us so we only used a bedroom and were out most of the time so we did not use any of the facilities . It was nice to have a washer and dryer and the location could not have been better . It was more like staying at a friends house than a vacation rental which I’m sure some people love .

Unfortunately we had major issues finding the property and wrecked our rental car trying to get out of a narrow one way road we followed from the property address given by booking.com . The property owners had actually emailed directions the day of but we did not have reliable WiFi so did not see the message . Still the directions are hard to follow especially if it’s dark or if you are not familiar with the area . The house is not on Old Kyle farm road but down a side street with a sign that does not show after dark . The house name is also not listed on the sign post like the other properties at the beginning of the street so it’s very hard to find . I would suggest that they send out directions earlier and indicate not to use the house address so you are aware well in advance . It will also be great if the house name at the entrance is clear or lit at night and maybe add the house name with the others at the beginning of the street .

The property is lovely, we felt like home. Will definitely come back :)

The view is beautiful. All the rooms are spacious. Kitchen was great. When i had a question they replied within the hour. Very helpful.

We are not familiar with induction hob. Directions for it would be nice.

Beautiful, clean and well appointed. Very quiet and peaceful.

It's a nice, big house with a lovely view of the sea, a lot of interesting furniture, and a great kitchen
