The layout of the property and the size and comfort of the main living room area. The log burner was a welcome addition, especially as we were staying at the property when the temperature outside were minus degrees! The Shower was great with a large cubicle space. The grounds were very private with a beautiful garden area to look out on. I imagine in the summer this space is ideal for spending time in during the evening.

There really wasn't anything we didn't really like about this property, if I had to pick fault, the only thing I could say is there wasn't a pizza cutter available. This isn't really much of a fault though as the kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and cooking appliances, etc.

Great location and a short distance to Chichester and surrounding attractions and places to visit such as Arundel Castle, Hayling Island and Tangmere Aviation Museum. Very helpful & lovely host. The property was extremely clean and tidy and lovely bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms, the wood burner was all set and ready to use, a lovely addition to the stay. Would stay again for sure.

The sheer spaciousness of the property. Excellent parking. Attentive hosts. Really good, stable wi-fi.

We stayed in one of two large apartments. Lovely spacious part of the house with everything you need including parking and big garden. Hosts were great. Location was perfect for us, quiet but close to main routes and within easy drive to local towns and beaches.
