GBGBEverything- great location, amazing property, Everything immaculate. And supplies of Everything- folder with all info, great broadband and even a bundle of takeaway menus. Robin was prompt with a few queries we had. Definitely be down again.

BEPerfect Location. Easy parking… 10-15 min drive to Matlock Town… Would recommend, & stay again….
Damp/musty smell (kitchen cupboards/& furry frying pan especially)… Noisy boiler when heating is on… But nothing to affect stay overall…
AULoved staying at a quaint little village cottage away from the crowds.

There is nothing we didn't like. Would have loved a small bench or a couple of foldable chairs to sit out on to enjoy a glass if wine/ coffee on. But that's just personal preference
GBLovely village location. Big main bedroom. Clean Bedding. Original features such as stone window surrounds, stone fireplaces and beams.
Persistent damp smell in Lounge and Kitchen cupboards (despite us opening the 2 doors for hours on both days). Unusable garden as overgrown access and no chairs to sit out in. As others have already stated; carpeted toilet (unhygienic) and temperamental bathroom handle (meaning we had to leave the door ajar at all times).
