Excellent location Very clean Nice size for family of 3

Nothing we didn’t like!!!

Beautiful little cottage with amazing restaurants nearby. The bed was so comfortable and even with a travel cot there was loads of room and storage. Downstairs had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay! Lovely outdoor area too with secure parking right outside of the cottage.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Everything was lovely from the welcome board to the delicious biscuits on arrival... cottage was cosy and welcoming situated within well kept grounds...... lovely throws to keep you warm... cottage had all you need for self catering... cosy bedroom and a lovely bathroom.... location was quiet in the country a lovely walk to the town of Burniston which has a great pub serving delicious food called the jolly sailors... unfortunately didn't meet the host but communication was excellent via letters and emails... highly recommend this accommodation and can't wait to return.

Fantastic cottage in a perfect location, this was our second visit and its just a good as the first time. Everything you need is there and its so quiet but still close to the coast.

This cottage is home from home. Excellent facilities great quite location. Been before and will continue to go back
