"Not a great stay sorry"

Good location, very close to the seafront but sadly that’s about it.

We stayed here to celebrate my husbands 40th and unfortunately not a great stay. It wasn’t clean. Had to pre clean all kitchen items before using. Mould a big problem in the bathroom. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and springy. There was a huge hole in the floor in the room where my children slept under the carpet to the right hand side of the bed entry facing. Had to ask for our deposit back 10 days after our stay in order to receive but did eventually receive without issue. Very overpriced for the quality of the property we experienced. Landlord was helpful just a shame about the upkeep of the property.

"Fantastic location, accessible parking and friendly host."

The location of the property is incredible. Right in the heart of Brighton and close to the sea but on a quiet road. Clear instructions from the host and easy to access the property and parking. The property had all the amenities you could need and the high chair was particularly useful. We all loved our time here.

De goede locatie, vlakbij centrum Brighton. Fijn dat je ook buiten kon zitten en dat het hele verblijf in het thema 'strand' is aangekleed. De bedden waren goed. De host reageerde snel.

Alles had wat properder gekund, er lag veel stof op de kasten, er waren spinnenwebben. Er was eventjes een miscommunicatie over de sleutel van de parking op het einde, maar dat werd gelukkig wel snel opgelost. We vonden het wel tamelijk/te prijzig maar ik denk dat dat door de locatie komt en omdat het het toeristisch seizoen is.

Perfect location, both central and really quiet. High quality furnishings, exactly as pictured.

The doors don’t necessarily stay closed all the way, so you have to lean something against them to keep them shut.

"Super location for the town and the beach"

The location was super for the town and beach also just at the end of the road there is shops take away places and a few pubs near by I would go back and stay.
