Good communication with the owner regarding collection of the key. Comprehensive booklet at the property about the house, restaurants and cafes and the local area. Parking available on the drive outside the house. Immaculately clean. Lovely garden to sit and enjoy the sun. Short walk into the town centre.

The cleanliness, location were great. Had everything I needed. Great communication from Michelle. Will definitely use again, as we are down there 3 or 4 times a year.
