The bungalow was great even better than described

Personally I didn't have any negatives

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent facilities.

Nice quiet location, close to town and bike trails. Plenty of space. The bike store is very useful. A comfortable stay.

Dusty floors in some rooms. Toilets were not fully clean. Rubbish instructions referred to recycling containers, but there was only a commercial dumpster, so we took our recycling home!

We had such a wonderful stay in Merthyr Tydfil at this holiday home. The location is ideal to visit local attractions which are in abundance. We traveled around this beautiful part of the world - the scenery is simply glorious. There is plenty of parking for up to three cars which helps if you are a larger group or family. The garden is really well maintained and the view from the garden is lovely. The property is well laid out with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is also a separate lounge for those wanting to relax.

the bookings.com site was not explicit about the conditions of stay. 1. Signing of tenancy agreement 2. Deposit of £200 3. signing up to specific conditions. I was tired. arrived at hotel to find it was full and so highly stressed. mobile out of juice. manager of hotel where I was to have stayed was highly professional abd helped with the IT see below. I tried to get access to the key. tried to speak to Richard. then I was told about the above. once I realised this had to be done online it was too late to withdraw payment of £236. So disappointed there was no clarity and openness on the bookings.com site. still waiting fir £200 refund. once I realised this deposit was conditional on leaving place tidily I Tooke a video of apartment/dwelling before leaving.
