Cosy and very clean and warm. Bathroom was amazing and so relaxing.

The location was great, finding it with the instructions given was much better. It was very cosy once the place warmed up. Great bed, lovely bath etc

I did notice stains on bedding when I took off bedding which I wasn’t too pleased about and the price is slightly high… I think without having to take off bedding, empty bins and slightly cheaper I would stay here more often for sure.

Accommodation very clean. Everything you need for a holiday break. Bed comfortable. Beautiful area.

Quiet location. Easy access to Lincoln. Good walking along Fossdyke Canal.

Not a fault with the property exactly… The only spoiler was the lack of care from the dog owners in the cabin next door, they had a rope for their young dog but never used it, and when ask to, they said ‘we will try’ If there’s a sign to say dogs must be on a lead or tether they may have listened. It meant we couldn’t use our corkscrew tether for our young dog snd puppy as their boisterous dog scared our puppy badly on day one, so we had to pen them on the veranda. NOT the fault of the hosts but a sign to keep on a lead outside the cabins would definitely help
