Location and fully enclosed garden was brilliant

Minor issues … dishwasher had no salt or rinse aid…. Bin we were told to use was full on arrival and didn’t get emptied until the day we left….. don’t let that put you off… great holiday location

We had the most amazing stay at Otters Holt! Absolutely perfect location and close to so many amazing places and beaches! The accomodation was so clean and beautiful. We spent a lot of our time here and really enjoyed it. The facilities were clean. The garden was beautiful and enclosed and there were patio doors in each room, which was really lovely in the mornings. We will definitely be visiting again. There is ample space and the kitchen and living space was lovely. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable! It was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like, the only thing I would say is that there is only one parking space available. However, there is parking close by on the green just a short walk down the road.

No microwave, only a locked internal door separating from joining accommodation, they played music and it was quite loud late into the night. None of the floor space had been hoovered maybe swept but not hoovered and it was very very gritty with sand and under the beds very very dusty i had to hoover all the floor space and under the beds when i arrived :-( Foul smell comes in when you open the right side patio doors. On the friday before we left a grounds person arrived reached over and unlocked the rear gate and left it wide open aswell as propping open the small entrance gate all with out letting us know we were in the property and unaware this person was there, we had the patios open for our dog--our dog could have wondered out of the property.

Spacious and very well appointed

The only negative was back garden is within a couple of yards of next door building because of T shaped nature of whole building (otters holt is the bottom leg of T)and therefore directly overlooked and you can hear conversations next door. Not an issue in holiday context and still great value for money. Only single parking space is a bit limited if have visitors

We really enjoyed this house. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen. Great location for visiting Cornwall. We certainly will come back!
