"Great property, great holiday, so good we have booked the house for next year already."

8.0

The house was excellent, very well situated and a perfect size for our family stay. It was very well equipped with all the home comforts and plenty of crockery and glasses to suit 8 people. Would highly recommend Waterview House.

The only downside to the property was the builders building a house behind us, but we were warned about that so expected the noise. Everything else met all expectations.

"A wonderful family holiday in a beautiful location. stunning views and , with a treat of a house."

9.0

Outstanding view. Lots of very comfortable, well thought out space for family times together and solitude when desired. Exceptionally clean throughout. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and well appointed bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms for a large family. Brilliant roof terrace for morning coffee, evening drinks and watching the ever-changing water. We loved having meals and fun in the kitchen-dinner and relaxing together in the loft room. Dartmouth was a delightful place to explore but it was wonderful to get back to the peace and views of Kingswear. A good location for enjoying South Devon. Order Vertuo pods for the coffee machine - only available online from Nespresso!

Parking slightly awkward - okay in the summer, but would be inconvenient in poor weather.
