Space quietness easy parking near beach

Oven and TV were a bit hard to use

The property was in a quiet location but not too far from the town centre. We found the property to be clean, spacious and well maintained. We especially loved the outdoor terrace with a table which was big enough to seat 8 people. Highly recommended.

Lots of stairs could be a concern if you have mobility issues. No dishwasher.

They central for shops and food but still away from the centre of town.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at The North Shore. The location was fantastic, there was a grocery store three doors down, as well as several restaurants, in particular a very very good Italian called Mama Rosa. There is also a bus stop just outside to take you down to the Llandudno Pier area if you don’t feel like walking, though it was a nice stroll along the water to get there, just under a mile each way. We were initially nervous about parking, but we never had any trouble finding a spot right out front. I couldn’t work out the logistics of the place beforehand, but there is one bedroom with single beds on the same level (one up from the street) as one bath with a large shower, the kitchen, the dining room, and the large living room. Up one level from that were three more bedrooms, two with double beds and another smaller one with two single beds. There was a full bathroom up on that level that had a stall shower and a large soaking tub, but it was about five steps down to get to it. We carry battery operated nightlights with us always, and they were helpful navigating to the bathroom at night. Also, there were ample plugs in each bedroom for charging electronics. That’s always appreciated.

We liked everything. If you struggle with stairs, you might not be comfortable here, but it didn’t bother us at all.

couldn’t get oven to work properly. tried on a few occasions. had to wash mugs & glasses before use. mugs had coffee/tea rings in them & some glasses had not been washed.

Decor and parking. Close to sea front with a gentle 20 min walk into town. Beds were comfy.

Cooking facilities not Great. Limited pots, no roasting trays. Had to buy one. No dish cloths. No hand soap in bath rooms. Cooker not the best either, difficult to read settings/controls and no instruction booklet on oven settings.

Was really pleased with the accomodation, very comfortable, nice and clean. Kitchen had all utensils you would need. We felt at home straight away

The heating wasn't on, and I had to call the host to sort it out as the instructions were poor.
