Parking and location

It was close to the promenade, probably a bit further away from the town and pier than I realised but still handy. Good sized house. Lovely decking, which was a sun trap.

Needed some TLC. the wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom, and the skirting and doors were dusty. I thought the beds and pillow cases would have had a protective cover on them, but they didn't. The footstool/poof to the sofa was broken and the top kept falling inside.

The property was spacious and had a charming historical feel. The bathrooms were updated, especially the one on the first floor with a shower and hand held sprayer. It was nice to have a kitchen to self catter. We were close to the promenade and center of town. We easily walked to the circus. train station and pier. Check in was easy and communication with the property was excellent.

Good location near a bus stop and food co-op and the beach. Huge space which we loved, cute patio, clean and some of the beds were comfortable. Kitchen needed some love with more utensils and cookware. Staircases were a bit dicey and there were 2.5. flights to the top bedrooms. Keys were easy to access and we had good communication with the host. Overall a good value for the money for a larger group and I would recommend.

There were no trash bins except in the kitchen, no towel racks and no shampoo or bath gel.

The property is beautiful. It's in a great location and has everything you would need. The house itself is huge and the outdoor seating area was well used. Just overall it was great. It's excellent value for money.

Only thing missing for me was tea towels and a hoover, but other than this there is nothing I would change.

Lovely property, comfortable beds, very well equipped and parking was good

The toilet seat was loose on the top floor and you feel you can be seen from the bedroom when in the shower but we put a towel up so that was fine also No hoover available so I wasn’t able to clean as I would before leaving.
