The Bala House

The house was in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Not enough hot water. It ran out after 3 showers. The water hot and cold didn't work in the top floor bath room. Not enough water pressure to have a rain shower. The wet room was exactly that, when you had a shower the whole room got wet. Would have been great to have a book with instructions for all things electrical in the house eg. The TV.

Very quiet area and spacious property.

They have obviously spent a lot of money on renovating the property, but it's let down a little on the finishing. This didn't detract from the overall stay.

Location was brilliant, very near to shops. House was big enough for 6 . It was clean, but not sure if it was drains but bathrooms had a musky smell. Shame really little more attention to detail and repairs would be excellent place.

The laundry room smelt damp and it seemed tired in places. Would have been lovely if backyard was tidy and maybe seating. No instructions on how to use cooker or heating thankfully one in the group had same cooker. Some repairs need doing and it needed a bit of colour in the decorations bit bland.

The house was like a home from home, beds were like sleeping on a cloud

Does not a lot of maintenance work and was extremely cold
