Very well equipped and excellent location.

Nothing.

Proximity to the city centre and space for socialising. It was very clean and comfortable .Host had provided extra special details - shampoo, conditioner, towels hair dryer. Host was also very responsive and incredibly helpful.

Whilst there was parking in front of the garage which was great, there was limited street parking. Didn't impact our stay and there is a reasonably priced and display car park opposite.

Very clear communication and accommodation was as expected. The location is ideal for central Worcester. There were many basic items available including toiletries.

A great location and all the facilities that you could hope for. A really great property and good communication from the owners

Creaky floorboards. These woke everyone up if one of us used the bathroom during the night. Everything else was perfect

Nice &clean plenty of room. Has everthing we needed Comfy beds Close to city. Parking space. Nice garden. Tea coffee &milk very welcomed. Owner was very helpful & welcoming. Would stay again if re-visiting the area

Creaky floors. No kitchen roll

This was a good very clean simple house. the owner was very helpful when we wanted a coffee maker and provided one along with coffee for the morning. Very good communication

Very nice house, central, comfortable and clean. Easy walk to town and private parking, which is always beneficial. Appreciated the shower gel, toothpaste etc, presumably left by previous guests but really handy for those who may have forgotten to bring their own.

Receipt of lockbox code could be a problem. Doesn't seem to be an option to receive it the day before travelling so requested that it be sent to me by text as I wouldn't have access to Wi-Fi while on the road. Owner forgot and emailed it to me anyway. Such a small thing to ask so I did feel let down and left with the impression that guests' requirements were not particularly important. Double beds were huge and took up the whole room, so no space for a bedside table on one side in one of the double rooms which meant nowhere to put a lamp, book, clock etc. The other double room did have bedside tables but only a lamp on one side of the bed. Not really a big issue if only staying for a couple of nights but could be irritating if staying longer. Would have been nice to have had a bottle of milk in the fridge so that we could have made a cup of tea after a long drive.

Comfortable, quiet and good location

The property was in a great location nice and close to Worcester centre, some lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. The house was lovely and warm and had absolutely everything we needed. It was excellent in every respect.

The only fault was a leaky kettle which the hosts will replace.

Location was great. We travelled for the Cheltenham festival and this house was right near the train station. 30 minute train to Cheltenham Spa was perfect. House was clean and had everything in place as requested.

Beds were overly comfy but they were singles so to be expected
