Well maintained property. Very clean. Very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Only slight issue was one of the guests would have liked a shelf of some description next to the bath to place shampoos, bodywash, etc.

Location near Kielder Water. Plenty of space in front layby for parking (steep slope to garage avoided). Bright & clean inside. Good shower once controls sussed - plenty of hot water. Property well equipped with TVs - 4 in total!

Having to communicate with 2 organisations - Hexham Holiday Homes as well as booking,com. Have already given feedback to HHH. Will ensure that I do more thorough research in future before booking. Photos on your website were only for inside the property, and I thought that I was booking a house, not a bungalow; name is misleading. Only when I found external photos of the property on airbnb did I realise that I had booked a bungalow; not a looker from the outside. Touch controls for hob & oven not the most responsive I have used. Space OK for us, but would imagine that for 6 people max might be rather cramped; bedrooms not huge and lounge seating not enough for 6 to relax fully in the evening. Cannot comment on the 'hosts' because I never met them; entry impersonal locked key box. Some of us still like to interact with people face-to-face. Please note for future bookings that there are 2 bathrooms, not 3, as stated in your description.

The parking bay was big enough for our minibus. Tremendous! That is such a rare facility.

Faulty plug in en-suite's hand basin. Roller blind/window key in front bedroom.

"A fabulous stay in a fabulous property."

The property is beautifully presented and extremely clean and comfortable, so much so I could easily have moved in. It is within a very nice short walk to the local shops, pubs and restaurants and a short drive to local beauty spots and places of interest such as Sycamore Gap.

Nothing, everything was spot on!! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a modern property with a lovely finish. It was very clean and well laid out with plenty of room.

The tv only had freeview channels.
