No 15 Lomond Castle

It was big enough for the whole group

The washing machines and dryer don’t dry

The view, the size of the rooms, the kitchen equipment and the welcome pack. The private patio and the car parking. The grounds.

The two massive pot holes in the entrance driveway. No signage on main road to direct you to the entrance.

The location is fantastic with amazing views of the Loch.

The soundproofing could be better.

Perfect location

Beautiful house in the extension of the Lomond Castle. Very tastefully designed with good quality fittings. Very huge and well maintained gardens with steps leading right down to the Loch. Spacious rooms, very clean and well maintained , very comfy beds, ample parking right in front of the house. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet place despite a wedding elsewhere on the property. We had a car so it was easy to travel to the nearby villages. The Duck Bay Inn, a short 15 minute walk is excellent for a meal.

The photos showed the main Lomond castle , but we were surprised when the villas were actually in the extension of the Castle which were a more recent addition It would be better to show the correct picture.

Lovely accommodation on the shores of loch Lomond. Little pier available to access, we swam every morning!

location and size of rooms comfy beds views are stunning staff are very friendly and communicative

old fashioned furniture that is coming up to be needed to be replaced. provisions were basic, try getting a good coffee machine and leaving a litre of milk for 5 people over 2 days opposed to a pint. maybe leave some sour dough bread and fruit instead of sliced and sugary cereals. the hot water was in short supply.
