"Blissful break with added alpacas!"

Oak cottage was the perfect setting for a family holiday to celebrate my mum's 85th Birthday. The Kentish countryside and peaceful surroundings made for a very relaxing and memorable stay. We are already planning our next visit. Mustn't forget the friendly alpacas, we adored them!

"A perfect getaway!"

We had a lovely 8-night stay at Oak Cottage with our two kids (5 and 8) and my in-laws! There’s a big field where the kids can run around and play freely and lots of animals for the kids to look at. Our daughter is a huge animal fan and accompanied the landlady every morning to feed the animals. It was a huge hit! The landlady brought some outdoor toys for the kids to play with. The hot tub was also thoroughly enjoyed. We visited Leeds Castle a few times at it is right next door, Canterbury twice for the services , Botany Bay, Sissinghurst, and other places and went on hikes. The Indian restaurant close by (The Taste of Bengal) was also yummy! There’s plenty to do in the area. Highly recommended!

The location. The tranquility. The accommodation. The lovely host. The farm animals. The hot tub. The kindness. The fresh produce. There was no problem to big. Comfortable beds. Our stay was absolutely perfect. We hated leaving.

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with added touches like flip flops and robes for the hot tub, fresh milk, fresh eggs, butter and homemade bread for our arrival
