The location is wonderful

The parking space is small and the access is very narrow. I have a Mercedes CLA and found getting into/out of the space very difficult. I parked further up the lane and away from the property most of the time.

"Beautiful location and very comfortable."

Very well equipped and when there was a power cut Dart Valley Cottages were very helpful.

The landline was dead and as there's no mobile signal I had to drive out to above Ashprington to be able to call for help.

Cosy, well appointed. Beautiful sunroom and riverside patio. Comfy beds. Good internet even on top floor. Location great if you like walking from the door and riverside pubs🙂

Nothing to not like really. Stairs to top floor very steep. Would be nice to have an electric shower in the first floor bathroom. Location means access and parking is tight but we still got a big car and a small one parked side by side
