Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our needs.

We knew the area well, and the location of the cottage was ideal, being mid town. The cottage was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything worked! Information from hosts was accurate and easy to follow. We wished that our stay had been longer.

The cleanliness could have been better lots of cobwebs above main bed, shower fittings were loose , no outside light working, steps outside property are loose very dangerous in the icy weather.

We loved everything,especially the Christmas decs.!

Location is very convenient to many restaurants like Kings Head, Old Mill cafe and shopping centre Roy. Stove in the sitting room makes whole room warmer and raised kids happiness. WiFi very strong , great! Heater warm enough!

Half wall block the view of lake which was not match the expection I had from the pictures. Not very clean indeed. No any shampoo in the bath room .

The house was clean with modern appliances. Pretty much like entering a new home. Parking is all clearly defined for each property and about 30m from the house. That said, you can temporarily pull up to the front of the house for unloading/loading.

Although you can fish the basin adjacent to the property it is not clear as to where you can fish from. Each property has its own allotted river frontage although they are not marked out at all. The full time residents soon made it clear that I was invading their space. I apologised and moved off, but from their attitude towards me, I guess this is a regular issue.
