Location was in easy walking distance of seafront, restaurants and shops which meant that we did not always have to move two cars to go anywhere. Although it is in a busy area it is very quiet in the house The kitchen is well equipped with space and capacity to prepare a meal for 8. The house itself is spacious and two lounge spaces is a bonus

The en suite bathroom window makes that bedroom very light on the morning.

Beautiful property it was absolutely spotless in a fab position to walk into the Mumbles

Nothing big at all

The whole property was great, clean modern, well furnished. Having a private garage is a godsend given it is almost impossible to park on street. Having two reception rooms downstairs is very useful even for our small family. Kitchen is decently kitted out. Clean bathrooms, spacious bedrooms. The location is great; main shops and restaurants are within 5 mins walk. Also, two happy teenagers experiencing a broaband speed over 100mb.

The low ceiling in the loft bedroom takes some time to getting used to (am 6'3) , but not really an issue unless you consider spending your day in the bedroom.

A truly amazing house at a fantastic location. Exceptionally well equipped and wonderfully decorated.
