Beds and towels clean.

The house really needs a deep clean as floors were dirty, dust cobwebs everywhere. Surfaces were sticky to touch so had to give everything a spray over on arrival and buy bleach for the toilet. Mop and bucket was kept in the garden so didn't want to use it as looked dirty. Back garden overgrown and messy. Outside wheelie bin was full of maggots. Parts of the conservatory was held together by brown tape.

The staff were on hand and accessible

Property was dirty after spending £95 cleaning fee the house has mould, kitchen was sticky and bathroom dirty. Had to clean before unpacking belongings Beds were so old mattresses had springs not a great sleep Wifi did not work either

We actually stayed in an alternative property, a 4 bedroom property in Houghton Regis, owned by the company as the guests in the 3 bedroom one needed to stay longer. The property was spacious and well furnished with comfortable beds (one bedroom is downstairs and 3 upstairs), nice decor, lots of extras such as toiletries and all the kitchen equipment you could need. The TV in the lounge is massive and has Netflix and Amazon prime. The neighbourhood is friendly and we felt very safe there. There is a Lidl shop within walking distance, about three quarters of a mile away

Nothing to dislike.
