2 bedroom house Belfast city

The location is perfect for a stay in Belfast. It is away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough for a quick drive into town. The place was spotless, and felt like home away from home.

Nothing, but it would have been awesome to make a fire in the fireplace as it was really cold. The central heating did keep us warm, even though we had to reset it every 2 hours.

The key collection was smooth. The house was a £4.50 Uber ride from the city. Shower was good.

The beds were uncomfortable and pillows lumpy. The mattress was stained. The property advertised free view but only BBC1 worked. Some facilities were in poor order. It seemed more like student digs.

Brilliant communication with host and definitely will return and great value for money

We are a group of 3 adults traveling together and mostly rooming in the same room. This was a nice, affordable option for 2 bedrooms giving us some needed privacy and space. We didn't use the kitchen to cook, but it seemed fine. We chose this place mainly for the 2 rooms and the washing machine ammenady. The beds were decent, the place was clean, and felt safe. It is close to some stores within walking distance. The neighbors are friendly.

Pillows are flat and the extras didn't have cases. Neighborhood is a bit noisy at night randomly not constant. It wasn't too bad. The toilet gets stuck (constant running) so won't flush until you fix it. If your picking about anesthetics, the evidence of a leaky roof and the need for new paint in places may bother some people. The bedroom doors don't close all the way. The doors have swollen and can't fit in to door frame. The bathroom door closes, but no lock, so have a code like leaving door open when available. Need to know: Depending on where you are from or where you have been the following info might help you. The front door lock is difficult to unlock and lock. Took a bit of time to figure out how the bathroom light operates. Pull the string near the door. Took a bit longer to figure out the shower. The second pull string makes the water come out the shower head. The appliances have wall switches that need to be turned on before they can be used. Bring your own shampoo and body soap.

the bed in the bigger room was comfortable and the property was decorated nicely. the kitchen had any supplies needed to cook. the room had a hair dryer and a tv. the host allowed us to check in an hour early which we appreciated.

we struggled to get the lock box open as it was stiff enough. there is no mirror in the bedrooms and only a small one in the bathroom. the drawers were hard to open and close and the bed sheets were covered in little bits of fluff but the bed was very comfortable. the area we stayed it seemed a bit dodgy. the heating was quite complicated. the bathroom sink had a constant leak. the host messaged me when i left the home accusing us of breaking the toilet seat which absolutely was not us. she messaged demanding £29 and when i didn’t pay for damages we didn’t do she had booking.com email me.

The property was perfect, exactly what is advertised house was clean and the welcome book had all information needed from local hospitals to taxi numbers, takeaway menus & attractions to visit, and access was straight forward. Upon arrival it was very clear we were driving into unknown territory with the estate having Union Jack flags and bunting everywhere on street lights and house windows and gates, this made us quite nervous as we were in a Dublin reg car but all in all the stay went off without a hitch and we enjoyed our night here. The house is located very close by from Lanyon place train station and about a 15 minute walk to the city centre so a perfect location.
