Lovely looking property in great location. Nicely equipped and well presented.

Very Spacious and excellent location, on high street but tucks away in the quiet area . The property has everything we needed, and actually even more than we needed. Very very well equipped !!! The layout of the property also very good. The beds are very comfortable. Strong stable WiFi and water pressure . The host is super super responsive and very helpful . Super easy self check in and out . Very happy with our stay :)

We didn’t like the flooring materials. In the living room , it’s like walking on plastic sheet/ plasters etc it looks dirty and old but probably clean , just the old materials make it seem dirty etc. And very narrow carpeted stairs , could be dangerous / slippery for little kids / elderlies. Sofa in living room a bit narrow and hard. Ok for kids . We adults just gathered at the dining table instead . The chairs are more comfy for “grown up” size

Great location, modern facilities & great communication before & during our stay.

The property would benefit from a deep clean. Lots of cobwebs on the floors, ceilings & curtain poles. Some fittings are very worn & need replacing. Front door outside handle, cracked worktop in kitchen, integrated fridge door not attached to cupboard, landing window handle unsecured & cracked glass in first floor bedroom window. By addressing these small attention to detail points it would greatly improve the next guests experience

Great central location, beautifully decorated house with everything we needed. Plus super comfy beds and excellent communication from the host.

Location was perfect for all the activities we had planned. Good for restaurants, pubs, beach, attractions etc. The property was the perfect size for 5 people and the decor promoted Brighton attractions very subtly but in an nicely artistic way

It was all that we needed, no qualms other than a bit of a struggle with the heating and the upstairs bedroom windows seem to have “blown” so permanently foggy.

It was a true home from home. The property was first class and the location fantastic.
