Location, space, cooking facilities .

Had asked for the second bedroom to be made into a double for my elderly father. This hadn’t been done & we had to do it on arrival. No light in the fridge & the freezer badly needs defrosting - struggled to open the drawers as they were so caked up with ice.

We liked the cosy cotrage atmosphere and clean home. The communication with the owner was brilliant, and it was only 5 mins from Bishop Auckland.
