Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Kindly note the accommodation is located up a fairly steep hill near the bay. "Great house."

Relatively narrow road, but I was able to park round the corner, either up or down the hill, every day. Spacious property with a huge kitchen/diner on the lower, garden level floor. A nice, well appointed lounge on the ground floor that we hardly used. Nice on suite shower room on the ground floor. Excellent showers. The water pressure is great when compared with other places. Nice back yard which was a sun trap later in the day.

Only one key provided. There was a key for the door in the garden to the lane at the side of the property, but the lock was rusty and I did not wish to try and force the lock. No outside water. We were taking part in a sailing event and it would have been an extra bonus to have been able to hose waterproofs outside with fresh water to get rid of the salt. However, a bucket was provided and it was just a case of sponging down the waterproofs in the garden. Be aware that almost all of Torquay is built on steep terrain and that there are lots of steps to get into the main part of the town. PS. The toaster only worked on one side. Everything else was GREAT!!

"Lovely house, real attention to detail on furnishings, more space than you would think"

So spacious, kitchen/diner/garden favourite space.

Not really a didn’t like, more of a comment - tea towels and kitchen roll were missing from the kitchen, we wrongly assumed that as towels would be provided, these would be included and they weren’t

Clean and nice and quick response from the host Liz, Thank you so much for her cooperation. It was very nice to find in the apartment a welcome cake, orange juice and milk and some other stuff as well

I do not think it is a big issue that we did not find enough toilet paper but i am sure the cleaner forget to put more.

Lovely house comfy beds nice outside area

It was a bit run down the area around there wen walking down to town rubbish everywhere shocked Torquay isn't like it usedto be hopefully they will improve it and get it back how it used to look shame
