Spacious 3 Bed Log Cabin in Snowdonia Mountains

The location was ideal for the places we wanted to visit in the area.

The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable. The kitchen wasn't very clean. Food from previous visitors found in cupboards dated 2020, we stayed there April 2023. Inside of kitchen cupboards were dirty and had traces of crumbs and food. The cooker didn't have a grill pan .

The cabin was in a beautiful setting,nice and spacious. Clean and tidy

The front door was faulty very difficult to close. No outdoor lighting on decking. Tv kept going off but probably no signal with being in mountains.

Good location

No toilet paper provided. Tried to message using the portal provided but no response. Had to use kitchen roll on arrival and then pitches some the next day. Also the front door doesn’t close easily as it has become misaligned. This means you need to lift he door and then push hard to close the door.

The property was very cosy, great views & great location.

It's a shame there is no bbq, no sun loungers. More space on site to let the dog off the lead .

The location was good nice views

It was dirty, very dusty and mould on the ceilings, and behind draws in all bedrooms also the bathroom and windows sills. It hadn’t been cleaned in a long time mould like that doesn’t appear over a short period of time. The kitchen had toast crumbs on the worktop and I the toaster lots of cobwebs everywhere. I told informed the customer service when I discovered the mould and dust they promised to refund the cleaning money as I had had to clean the place but I’ve never received it they did send someone out to look at the mould some effort was made to clean it but it’s so deep into the wood it was still visible.

Amazing views from the property and great location for peace & rest. Everything you need in the cabin.

it could have been a lot cleaner in the cabin. No TV signal at all.
