Lovely house on a nice estate. Local shop across the road Close walk to Mudeford and Stanpit pubs and food and Avon Beach Comfy beds Nice goodies left in a basket for us including water Great for parking We loved the electric key lock on the door....saves worrying about a key

Oil heaters take a while to heat up but once warm it's very cosy especially upstairs Shower isn't very strong

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Lovely and quiet. Nice and modern. Great facilities everything we needed and more. Very well thought out.

Breakfast not included, although Hayley & Jon did provide coffee, shortbread, and other items for our stay.

Could not expect any more than what was provided.

Very convenient location for visiting our family living in the area. Pleasant walk to the beach. Owners left water, crisps and shortbread for our arrival which was nice.

We would have liked the shower water to be warmer but the owners have said they will investigate this.

House was well equipped with everything we needed and some extra goodies. Lots of instructions provided for using the heating, kitchen appliances etc.

The heaters in the bedroom are very efficient! You probably don't need them on for long to heat up the room. The first night we did not realise this and were far too warm. One of the instruction sets seemed to be slightly inaccurate (dishwasher) but we figured it out in the end. These are just nitpicks though, overall we were very impressed! The hosts were very proactive in communicating before we arrived, and to remind us of checkout instructions before we left.

The house was clean, well appointed and has a everything we could possibly need. The location for the purpose of our stay was perfect. I would certainly book again
