High Tide House

The house is very clean and comfortable has all you need even a washer! For us it was convenient due to location to my family who we were visiting. For others I would say it's also convenient to visit the area such as Christchurch and Bournemouth which are 5 min and 15 min drive away. I prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of Bournemouth and the traffic. It's also close to Lymington and the new forest. I liked that it was very neat and clean and modern the heaters worked well as did the shower. There's also a back garden which is mainly lawn. It's also got a convenience shop a hundred meters away. There's an Aldi, Lidl and Sainsbury's within a mile and petrol and fast food and great fish and chips within 5 min. Mudeford quay and Avon Beach are 5 min away. Neighbors are quite. We really appreciated the welcome goodies like milk, fizzy water, biscuits bread and butter plus other kitchen basics were there salt pepper coffee pods tea bags etc. thank you!

Well I had a problem getting the Hob to turn on but I chalk that up to user error. If it doesn't turn on it's because the lock button needs pressing, it said Lo but I thought that meant Low but hey I'm from California so lol. The owners were very good and called back to explain it. No real negatives they could use a bit more cooking equipment, but the rest of the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of nice plates cups and glasses etc. It is a bit stark and a few rugs and pictures etc maybe a coffee table would make it feel homey but I get it it's for holiday use and the furniture is quite nice and modern. I think for the money paid it's quite good value for so much in such a pretty area by the sea. It's in a fairly new estate within other estates one in particular not so nice, don't be put off depending on which route you take from main road, it is a very lovely and seemed quite safe. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Hayley and Jon for having us !!!

Some bread, biscuits, etc left at the property for us, and other useful basics in the cupboards. The house was within walking distance of the Muddiford beach - a wonderful place. The location was very handy and there was a convenience store nearby. There were restaurants within an easy walk. Great stay in a clean and modern house - with parking.

The house was warm and very well presented. When we arrived there was a selection of home comforts which was a really nice touch, milk bread crisps biscuits cooking oil. I’d have no hesitation in booking again and the for the price represented really good value for money. WiFi was lightning fast and very reliable. An excellent base for your sightseeing holiday. The owners were very on the ball with information and the house was well equipped

The house was easy to find, easy to get into and beautifully furnished. We were very comfortable. Special mention should go to the fabulous instructions which are supplied. We stay in a lot of self-catering properties and are often flummoxed by the television, the hob, the dishwasher etc. Here, there was clear, easy to follow information that made our stay so much easier. The property was very well placed for various birding sites around Christchurch Harbour - a quite wonderful stay - thank you!
