Location, cleanliness, and nice not to carry cases upstairs ( bedrooms in ground floor)!

The sofa isn’t very comfortable, and metal bed needs oiling (comfy matress),

The home was clean , spacious, easy to find , beds were comfy we had plenty of towels and extra little bits . The hosts replied when messaged pretty quickly and really nice to talk to aswell . We had a lovely time all in all . Lots of cleaning essentials there was loads of useful information in the little booklet to. Everything was labeled and easy to use

Unfortunately for one of us the walk up was difficult due to back issues however there was nothing else that.

Great location, near town and the sea but no parking, not even on nearby streets. The apartment is spacious and clean. Modern heating and hot water.

Loved the location and the lounge areas. Was a great base while we explored Cornwall.

"Perfect place for a few days touring and resting"

Fantastic place to stay. Perfect location in Penzance - and Penzance was a perfect location for us to explore Cornwall without a car. It was an ok walk from the train station with suitcases (better going back when it was downhill) and central to the shops for several little wanders. Easy to get to Mousehole by bus, Mariazon and I really recommend the Lands End Coaster if you don't have a car. There were two bedrooms downstairs - we slept in one and used the other as a dressing room! Upstairs was a lovely large kitchen/living room with comfortable couches and a good big dining table. There was enough kitchen equipment for us to make meals 3 or our 4 nights (the other we went to the Turks Head pub which was great). We were particularly wanting a bath and it was excellent. So good for a bad back.

Can't think of anything to say here, everything was great.
