If you want to have a taste how the city is, you are at the best place. It's 1 mnt walk to high street, local shops. Welcome gifts were superb, decorations of the rooms were lovely. Must mention the glowing mirror stills the show in the bathroom. Kitchen equipped with all sorts of needs. Beds are comfy with enough space. Wifi connection is great.

Some quick suggestions - Need a lock in the bathroom Put the door number at the front door You must inform the guest's about the location of the key box, during night time it's difficult to know it's hiding under the window. And please pick up the calls.

Location is in a small lane, near enough to the shops but far enough to be quiet.

Small things, the can opener just wouldn't work. The Kingsize bed was too soft and unfortunately this made it too difficult to sleep comfortably.
