Hidden Gem

It was good in every way. It had a good bed and was well equipped throughout. Even though we ate out both nights, the kitchen had everything including herbs and spices.

Lovely inside, great location nice and quiet but only short walk to restaurants and sea front. Lovely hosts.

Lovely quiet location. Close to the seafront and only 20mins walk to the centre of town.

Great location, even let us park on the drive & use the EV charger which was a bonus. Very comfy beds & good black out blinds ensured a good night's sleep. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook. Within easy walking distance of some good places to eat in Hove & not too far to get into the centre of Brighton if you want to access the town centre. Good communication with hosts, even brought us an iron & ironing board over.

Beaker in bathroom would be useful as would a coat rack in the corridor. It was quite wet when we stayed & the doormat doesn't fit under the door when you come in so difficult to wipe your shoes, perhaps a thinner one could be sourced. Also rain is noisy on the velux windows so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

Fantastic property. Perfect location.

Quiet secluded environment. The only noise is that of the rain on the roof's light wells. Efficient continental-european style house equipment (no sash windows, functioning plumbing, main door lock...). Basic food supplies provided (tea bags, sugar, etc...). Helpful hosts.

Lovely clean and comfortable place to stay. Close to lots of attractions & the hosts were very communicative and helpful!

Very nice place. Good value for money. The kitchen is very well equipped (I was really surprised). The items in the kitchen are stylish. I liked the room and window in the ceiling. Although this is a bit hidden and quite, I felt very safe in the place as it is in the back of a large house. Lovely stay.

It is not super close to Brighton's main cafes and restaurants, but close enough from the beach. In order to the place to be even more incredible (and indeed the place is very nice) I would add a bigger tv in the living room. Also I would remove the large table in the balcony and replace it for some sits (the table in the balcony takes a lot of place). Also some cleaning in the little garden in front of the house would give a better impression.
