Traditional cosy PET FRIENDLY cottage by the canal with Cymru Holidays

The location is perfect for our needs. We had tickets for the EPCR rugby finals in Cardiff, so we parked at Cwmbran station and caught a train to Cardiff central, which is next to the Principality stadium. We also lived in Cwmbran for many years before moving to Scotland, so had a great time going to old haunts and visiting family.

Not really a big dislike. The shower in the picture is a temperature controlled one with a 'flood' head as well, whereas the one in there now is single wall mounted head connected directy to the taps with no temperature control. With patience setting the flow from the taps, we did however have a good shower with plenty of pressure, but I was always wary it might suddenly go too hot.

This charming cottage was beautifully decorated and very spacious, the bedrooms were large and comfortable and I loved the little touches like the chocolate gift. The enclosed garden was perfect for dogs and a nice place to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Would really recommend.

No dislikes at all.

Beautiful location and a beautiful property. Everything you need for a break. Lots of parking too which is always a bonus. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the local area too.

We all liked everything the cottage was beautiful and really comfortable has everything you need and really clean and tidy and spacious and is worth the price and the owners are really friendly and helpful l. Parking is really good right outside cottage I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks Stuart' Cat' Samantha' Adrian 🙂

Very well equipped, super clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable and loved the way the beds were dressed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our baby girl and will definitely return!

We had a really lovely stay whilst visiting family in the area. The house was very clean and comfortable, perfect for our stay. a lovely cosy property which we couldn't fault at all ! Lovely location would definitely recommend.

Very comfy and warm, we were on a working holiday so it was nice to come back to a relaxed space and have a fully equipped kitchen to cook a meal. Lovely bedrooms with comfy beds and storage.
