I enjoyed the overall location of the house due to its closeness to the beach.The property itself is spacious while feeling homely, in particular the separate rooms for sitting.The kitchen also is well equipped for a family of 5 which was the group size for our visit. Furthermore,the back entrance provided easy access to the house with the driveway and garage.Also,there are quite a few plane sightings with an airport and base nearby, which is perfect for fans of Top Gun.Overall,a great location with many features of convenience.

There is one negative about the location with the town only having one shop and a lack of variety in activities. But this isn't a huge issue if you plan to explore the larger area.

Brilliant location and great facilities. Lovely bright airy home with plenty of space, perfect for a getaway and ideal location for exploring the Moray coast. Suitable for both couples and families. Walkable to the beach. Great hosts with good communication both before and during our stay. Definitely a place to return to.
