P23 - Studio Pod with Hot Tub

Very nice and homey has everything you would need

We loved everything. From check in, to being upgraded to a wonderful two bedroom lodge. View facing the river.comfy beds and love the hot tub. Will be back again for a longer stay.

Quick and easy collection of keys. Very welcoming staff, beautiful location, and very comfortable pod. I would definitely recommend and return for another stay in the summer.

Only thing we didn’t like was that the keys weren’t labelled- I.E which is for the front door and which is for the back. Only a minute detail as there wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Excellent location, well maintained pod with a hot tub and everything you could need. Very friendly staff, the food at the Grill was great and the staff couldn't do enough for us.

Pod was very compact, great for a weekend, but you would struggle for storage if staying longer.

The staff on site were helpful and considerate. Was in a good location for exploring the hills.

When we arrived to our pod there was a distinct smell of urine. Possible dog pee as it is a pet friendly unit. The heating didn't work when we first arrived. It was quite cold and we left our coats on. The mat at the back door was soaking wet and smelt really bad. The floor under it was damp though to the underlay. We reported it immediately and the staff at the restaurant sent somone over who brought a replacement mat, some cleaning supplies and air freshener. However the spray they brought at just a multi purpose and wasn't strong enough to clean the area completely so the smell stuck around until the underlay of the floor had dried through enough whock wasn't until later the next day. Due to the smell we had to have the windows open and as a result of the very loud river running past the pod barely slept. While relaxing in the hot tub we were lit up completely by he exterior light of the pod below us and there was no screening between our hot tub and the road so we're in full view of anyone passing.

Perfect for a couples short break. Spotlessly clean. Lovely hot tub and decking area. Handy for visiting local attractions.
