Beautiful old cottage in a great location

Can’t think of anything wrong, dog kept sitting and waiting at a storage door in the kitchen thinking it was a back door every time he wanted out but that’s not the cottages fault.

Warm, cosy, very clean, excellent location. Parking. Nice touches like an Xmas tree and decorations. Welcome chocolates and biscuits. Liked the Woodburner. Very comfy bed.

WiFi was a little intermittent causing buffering on the TV. Minor issue as everything else was perfect.

The cottage was very conveniently located for local restaurants and bars. And only a short walk from the gorge.

Central heating was not hot enough and didn't seem to keep the heat it was set too..

The cottage is beautiful and cosy, it's has everything you would need and more plus it's in a perfect location.

There's nothing to dislike about this property.

The property is in a perfect location to explore the area. It is clean, comfortable and being able to make a real fire was lovely. The biscuits on arrival was a nice touch and having a choice of tea was a bonus. It feels very homely and we would definitely stay again.

The only thing which could be improved would be curtains for the bedroom windows as the streetlights outside are a little bright.

A comfortable, warm and well-equipped cottage with everything we needed. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to everything in the town. The cottage is just a short walk to the bottom of the gorge and the caves and an easy walk to a good range of local shops and restaurants.

We liked everything but we had a bit of difficulty with the timing of the heating. However, our host came round very quickly to help us out. Otherwise everything worked really well
