Fantastic place. This was one of the best-equipped properties I have stayed in and Ivan is a friendly and helpful host. There were even some thoughtful welcoming touches like freshly-laid eggs and home-baked bread, and milk and butter in the fridge. We hope to return.

The property was fine but was not spotless nor comfortable. Several items in the kitchen needed to be rewashed, the bathroom floor was cracked, some cushions in the bedroom were torn and though the sheets were clean, one had old stains. No nice touches (not even milk in the fridge) and there was old food in the cupboards.

Spotlessly clean throughout and great location off Holywood high street and train station.

Fantastically comfortable and cosy.

Very little we didn't like (apart from bathroom bin had not been emptied)

well decorated and warm. felt cosy. lots of extra blankets if required. some supplies in the kitchen to get us started (ketchup, coffee etc).

second bedroom quite small - didn’t see any pics of this. does have a double bed. worked ok for us for a short stay, not a major problem.

I liked the decor and how comfortable the beds were. The living room was cosy and I liked the communication with the host. It was quick, professional and respectful. I liked how it was a whole house for a great price, and the quaint outdoor area.

I didn't like how the soap in the bathroom was empty and water had been put in it.
