"Was a lovely stay only made short by the heavy rain on the last day"

"And Relax!!!!"

Location superb, 2 mins from the Train station and 2 mins from the Bus station but quiet location. Co op opposite. Batemans brewery 5 mins walk. Angel pub 2 mins. Garden location. Everything you required. Welcome pack a bonus. Beautifully appointed. Great garden area. Good Wifi. Flat screen TV. Lovely Kitchen. Close to Skegness. 12 mins by Train, 12 mins by the 57 Bus.

Steep stairs to go to the bathroom down stairs during the night but would not put me off going again.

Lovely little cottage in Wainfleet was quiet and very homely and had a nice small garden. Was sad to leave

Hard to get a taxi into skegness so I'd advise to pre-book

loved the welcome pack. Great to have a garden and be situated in the centre of town.

Not too keen on going downstairs in the night to use the toilet but didn't spoil our break
