Near the sea. Decent bathroom.

Damp throughout. Heating impossible to control. Dreadful bed. Grotty back entrance, gate and impossible key safe cupboard.

"Charming cottage on Ryde Esplanade, Isle of Wight"

Delightful property, very convenient for beach, walks, train, buses, ferry & hovercraft, shops, cafes, restaurants & bars. Charming, comfortable rooms, clean & well equipped. Great views from sweet cushioned bay window seat in main bedroom, & lots of useful storage throughout this pretty little cottage.

Nothing serious: location bit busier than expected, but road quieter at night so not disturbed. Decor smart - if you like grey!

Amazing location, super helpful host. Great facilities, super comfy beds. Would use time and time again. This is already our second visit.

missing a fan 31degree heat this week which is rarity in the uk but we struggled this week.
