"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay although it was short as we were attending a family wedding."

The keys were left in the property and the door was left open. We were self service. No food supplied.

The blinds could have been more efficient as light was a ptoblem from 4am!!!

The house is set in an amazing location, it's big, clean and well presented throughout.

Carol was very warm and welcoming. The cottage was clean and comfy. Little extra touches like the eggs, butter, bread, milk and doggy biscuits were very much appreciated. Instructions provided for the hob etc were useful and easy to understand. Carol was very helpful in rearranging the main living room furniture to accomodate my visually impaired friend. My friends and I enjoyed our stay - we wanted a relaxing weekend and that is exactly what we experienced.

I have to say that I was surprised at the amount charged for a dog to stay. £25.00 per night. As a former pet owner, I am used to having to pay a supplement for a dog and if I had been booking for myself and a pet, I would have paid more attention to the fee. I'm going to be truthful - I would have passed this by. We had already enquired at a hotel and the fee was a much more reasonable £15.00 for the weekend.

An amazing house! It was really big with very spacious rooms. Plenty of bathrooms for the size of house. Even though the lounge was big, it felt cosy. Beds extremely comfortable. Carol was so lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you.

"Perfect family holiday in a perfect house."

Great size for big family holiday. Dogs were welcome. Loved the hot tub. River walks close by.

No recycling facilities. Was told to just put all rubbish in large containers. This freaked us out as we are used to recycling everything.
