The Stables at Pentregaer Ucha, tennis court & lake

Clean, well equipped, well heated with a fabulous shower run by the loveliest of people. Incredible surroundings and absolute silence. The woodlands behind make for the best walks we’ve had in quite a while! The quiet is divine, even on New Year’s Eve, not a single firework. It was heaven for us and the dogs.

The ceilings were quite low! The only negative I could possibly pull up and to be honest it just made it rather quant!

Delightful cottage with a warm personal welcome even in driving rain! Very clean throughout with a nice comfy bed.. Cosy heating and plenty of hot water. Beautiful views and walks in better weather!

The narrow track and road. 2 emergency stops required on blind bends.Its a good job my partner was driving as he's excellent at reversing! Due to the unusually wet weather there was flooding in places .Couldn't be helped and hasn't put us off returning.....I won't be driving though!

Everything was wonderful, location,walks near by. cosy little cottage ,perfect for couples with small dog. We came with a shepherd ( thank good the owner didn't send us away when he saw our dog) so it was a bit tight ,but we came to this lovely place to walk and enjoy the nature, and we did. It was fantastic🥰🥰🥰🥰

Only one small thing . Floor a bit - Off lvl . Which was funny sometimes, when you lose your balance you ended up in the other side of the cottage 😁😁😁

Nothing at all

The Stables was so cute, yet had all you needed; a simple getaway hide-away spot in the peace and tranquillity of the Shropshire countryside. How fabulous to arrive and find fresh milk, breakfast cereals, and croissants waiting - a lovely welcome gift for guests.

There is nothing to dislike at all, but I would warn that the last few miles to get there are not for sports cars or nervous drivers - lol. Very narrow roads and uneven road surface of farm tracks but worth it for the views and peace and quiet.
