We only live half hour away so the location was good 😊

Single beds were not comfortable, we had 6 people staying and there was only 1 chair to sit on outside ,just aswell we took 2 of our own chairs .

Good location and onsite restaurant/bar. Nicely decorated throughout.

Lodge wasn't ready to check in until 16:30, on arrival 3 out of the 4 patio chairs were broken and unsafe to use as they collapsed to the floor. Informed reception about this who came to collect the chairs but not able to provide us with replacements for the the whole weekend, so 7 of us girls to share 1 patio chair? Advertised as sleeps 8, with 1 double and 4 single beds, and a double sofa bed. Yet there is no sofa bed just a standard L shape sofa. Again reported to reception but no help from them.

On arrival Outside furniture was broken & one room chair was broken

The ease of getting keys was fab, we were provided with the code at the check in desk and given all the instructions for the stay at this time. The check in system was very easy overall. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils. The lodge itself was open and spacious and finished to a very high standard

There were only 4 chairs for the patio area and we were a large group so the option of more outdoor furniture would have been preferable

beautiful lodge, lovely and clean, had all you need in regards to staying in and relaxing/eating/cooking. we spent mainly all our time in the hot tub

nothing not to like, the mattress on the main double bed could do with an upgrade as at the sides particularly we could feel it was uncomfortable/springs sticking out but it was ok, everything else about the lodge made it not matter.

Not much cooking equipments and dishes for the amount of people. Patio set chairs and umbrella was broke so we couldn’t use it.
