Breakfast fine for our needs Nespresso coffee maker was great but we drink a lot of coffee so would have liked a caffetiere as we brought our own coffee with us

Lovely little Beach House. Very comfortable and private.

The Beach House lies secluded and private at the back of the main house. It is the perfect spot to start exploring this side of Kent or for a weekend hideaway. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, well equipped and comfortable annex lots of little extras provided. Good location near to bus stop for Margate and surrounding area.

A cute little hut with one bedroom and shower room and towels provided with kitchenette/living room well stocked and small out side space.and a bonus car parking space! the king size bed was comfortable with plump pillows. the sofa was comfortable. good heating and air conditioning. the little hamper was a nice little touch. walk into Margate 15 mins great location. I would recommend and I would stay again. we had no interaction with the hosts when we arrived they left key in door it wasn’t until the last day when I asked a question that I heard from them.

although this is a lovely space the outside noise was a little annoying you could hear the traffic from the main road. dogs barking and music especially being the weekend,dogs barking every time you walk up or down the gravelled path between fences. Tv wouldn’t work just kept on buffering even on Netflix and iPlayer no normal channels. toilet door wouldn’t close fully kept sliding so a gap appeared had to make sure other person stayed in living bit. nice blinds in doors but let a lot of light in at 4am and we kept closed due to main house being right in view of it. even though those little niggles I’d stay again as perfect location and car space we did enjoy our time here.

As new condition. Excellent accommodation for2 people with private access and sunbathing spaces. Lot of nice generous touches added by owners which you rarely get. Lots of good places to eat locally. Broadstairs and Ramsgate close by to visit plus Tate Modern.

From the start, the communication from Angela was amazing. On arrival, we used a code to get through a very secure gate. We opened the door to the Beach House and were just amazed how beautiful it was, immaculately clean, a welcome hamper provided of a light breakfast, which was most welcome, dog biscuits for our dog, feeding bowls and towels. The of space was so well thought off, it was a beautiful Tardis! Location spot on for us for walks along the coast and visiting family locally. Angela and Dennis, thank you so much for everything.
