Perfect location, quiet, nice secluded garden and a larger shared garden

it was at described, cosy for two, and we enjoyed our stay. There were local pubs nearby, and a short drive to the beach.

It was cosy, close to lots of walks, the beach and some lovely pubs! it had lots of character and potential. The kitchen was really well stocked for cooking which was great.

There were wood lice in the bathroom and quite abit of mould on the bath seals and shower curtain. There was also lots of building material scattered around the back which was a little dangerous for our doggo. The property was also naturally cold downstairs in the bedroom, even with the heating on. It would probably benefit from a thicker duvet for this reason.

Very cute and charming cottage. Living area is upstairs so you enjoy the sea view. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped. Previous negative feedback had mentioned the cottage being cold. we stayed in the last weekend of November. It’s a stone cottage but is gas heated. We didn’t have an issue with the temperature.

Value for money on outskirts of Newport. Nice views from living area.

Garden large but not enclosed, therefore not ideal for dog. Being met on arrival, barely time to get out of the car and asked for dog fee and given very stern recycling rules and threat of fine if we didn't adhere to them. Not the friendliest of welcomes. Could do with a little modernising of decor.
