Lake District Log Cabins

Very quiet and remote. Cozy little cabin had comfortable bed nice large bath. Has an oven on top of the log burner which was fun to use. Added to my favourites. We would go back

As others have said the road up to the cabin is in need of repair. But it’s not that bad

The property was beautiful in a stunning location.

The only slight downfall of the property was the sofa as it’s rather uncomfortable, however, after a long day walking on the many accessible routes, you’ll soon be fast asleep. Fantastic location which we’ll be booking again. A tv in the bedroom would also be a great addition!

Peaceful and discreet

The views from the balcony the layout in the house was lovely, bed and sofa was very comfy. Lodge came with Netflix with an open account to watch films. Also already had washing up liquid, tea towel, towels, salt & pepper, sponge which was very helpful.

When we arrived there was a wasp nest in the wall on the balcony which made it hard to go and enjoy the balcony views but this was dealt with.
